This is the vinSUITE generated default club 'list' layout. Each active club is shown below, with description based on what is in your admin panel club settings. If you click on the 'Join Now' button, you will go to the club signup form for that club.

You may also want to consider a content page for your club list instead - this gives greater flexibility on how you'd like to present your club options. This is usually a better option for wineries with only one club, or with a lot of clubs.
